WARRANTY INFORMATION

We take pride in the quality of our rock chip repair services and stand behind our work. After a successful repair of a rock chip, we offer a lifetime warranty ensuring that the repaired rock chip(s) will not spread from the original repaired location. In the rare event that a rock chip does spread, we will apply the amount paid for the repair towards a full windshield replacement with our company. Please note that a valid receipt must be provided for warranty claims.

It's important to note that rock chip repair is not a cosmetic repair, and the visibility of the rock chip may still be present after the repair is complete. Over time, the resin used to repair the rock chip may fade or shrink, which could make the rock chip more noticeable compared to its initial repaired state. Once a rock chip has been repaired or tampered with, there are no further measures that can be taken to improve its appearance.

Since we are working with glass that is already broken during the repair process, there is a minimal possibility that the rock chip could spread. If such an unlikely occurrence happens, we will not charge you, but we cannot guarantee the integrity of the windshield. At that point, we will offer you a quote for a windshield replacement.
