Repairing an auto windshield is a fast, easy process that generally takes about 10-20 minutes.

We will inject a liquid resin into the damaged area, filling it completely.

The resin acts as a structural bonding agent to hold the glass together preventing the damage from spreading. The injected resin will then be cured using UV light.

You may still be able to see faint marks in your repaired windshield. These do not compromise the windshield's strength and are a natural part of the repair process.  Please see warranty disclaimer on rock chip repair.

Steps:

1. Preparation
   We will lay down a blanket to protect your vehicle and inspect the damaged windshield.
2. Tap or drill
   To allow the resin to fully saturate the damage, we will "tap" or drill into it. Minor cases may require just one tap, while more significant cases may require multiple taps.
3. Apply resin
   After preparation and tapping, we will fill the damage with a special resin.
4. Cure the resin
   Once the area has been completely filled, the resin will be "cured", or hardened. This is accomplished using a special curing light that activates elements in the resin and changes it from a liquid to a solid.
5. Trim the resin
   After the resin has cured, we will trim and clean the windshield leaving you with a smooth repaired beautiful windshield.

A windshield replacement takes about 45-80 minutes.  We use a premium, fast curing urathane adhesive so your vehicle will be ready to drive away sooner.

We replace your windshield (or glass) using industry approved methods and not the quick in-and-out method.  Several glass shops do not remove the cowl or wipers and this can cause damage to your vehicle and increase the chance your windshield will have a water leak.  Our team members will remove the cowl, wipers, and other obstructions to your windshield insuring your windshield is installed safe and correct the first time.  Please see warranty on glass replacement and important notice.

Steps:

1. Inspection
   Upon arrival we will inspect your vehicle and take photos of your vehicle.  We will notify you of any concerns or damage before working on vehicle.
2. Preparation
   We will remove any trim, molding, wipers, and anything attached to the glass.
3. Removal of glass
   If the glass is not smashed we will use a string to remove the glass keeping your vehicle safe.  If the glass is smashed we may have to use our blades but will take precautions to protect your cars frame.
4. Cleaning and Prime
   Upon removal of glass we will clean the frame of any and all contamination and prime the frame.
5. Install glass
   We will lay down fresh urathane adhesive and install the glass insuring the glass is in the correct position.
6. Put vehicle back together
   Upon installing the glass we will put your vehicle's wipers, trim, and accessories back on the vehicle.

Claims process takes about 5-15 minutes depending on insurance rep.
