We service the Metro Jackson, MS area and communities.  This includes the following cities:

For areas outside the above mentioned cities we "may" charge a "Gas Fee" of $25+.

Note: We do not perform services on church, daycare, or K-12 school property including Northpark Mall & Renaissance in Ridgeland, MS.  This is due to administration/security and the rise of school safety in our country.

Damage done to a windshield "might" be repairable as long as the following conditions are met:

• Damage is not along edge of glass.
• Damage is smaller then a dollar bill.
• Damage is not in drivers view.
• Damage didn't hurt second layer of glass.

If all of the above conditions are met then a repair might be the best and cheapest option for you.

Note: We cannot tell you if we believe a rock chip will spread or not.  Several factors come into play when a rock chip spreads.

Nothing needs to be done; there is nothing to worry about.  As long at the rock did not crack the glass then you are good to go.  If you would like for our staff to take a look, send us a picture from the inside and outside of the possible rock chip and we would be glad to offer our expert opinion free of charge.

A rock chip that can be covered completly by a dollar bill may be repairable.  However, a rock chip bigger than a half-dollar may be unrepairable.  Send us a picture of the rock chip from inside and outside and our team would be glad to offer our expert advice on if it is repairable.

Usually a rock chip repair takes under 20 minutes from the time we arrive.  This includes repairing the damage, and cleaning up after ourselves; however, the time required really depends on the quantity and severity of the damage.

Yes, as long as the work was done by us we can guarantee the rock chip will not spread and will stand behind that warranty.

If you suspect a rock chip repair is growing that was repaired by us we will come out and inspect the rock chip repair.  If we determine it to be a failed repair we will offer one of two options: (1) stop it free of charge, provided it hasn't grown longer than a dollar bill; or (2) give you $50 off a replacement.  Receipt for repair must be presented.

Yes.  More information about our warranty can be viewed in our warranty section on this website.  We offer the same warranty offered by most other glass shops in the area, but we actually stand by our warranty unlike others who will push you away.  Just present us the receipt.

Windshield replacement costs can vary depending on the make and model of your car. If you have a newer-model vehicle that may need ADAS calibration in addition to the replacement, that service will cost extra. If you’re using insurance, your total cost will depend on your coverage and deductible.

It is recommended you wait 1 hour before driving your vehicle after a replacement of glass requiring urethane.  Your technician will advise you after installation is complete.

Generally the rules are as follows:

• Safe to drive after 1 hour (wear seat belt).
• Do not slam doors (crack drivers door glass for pressure release).
• Do not wash vehicle (rain is okay).
• Do not tint for 72 hours.
• Leave tape on for 24 hours.
